       According to research by American scientists, sleeping less than 4 hours or more than 10 hours increases the risk of sudden death, regardless of gender, age and race.

 

      Also, according to the authors of the article, the human brain can be trained to achieve both fast and deep quality sleep. To do this, you need to provide comfortable conditions in the bedroom. The room should be quiet, dark and cool. It is also advisable not to overeat before bed, not to use gadgets and computers.
