      The site imms.kz takes seriously the security of personal data of users, therefore this document describes the approaches and security rules of personal data. These approaches and rules apply to all users registered on the imms.kz website.

 

      The site imms.kz is an international medical student community. On the site registration is carried out, which implies in the future the presence of a personal cabinet (you get the opportunity to use all services provided by the site (specified in the section “User’s agreement”) When you do any of these actions, we keep your personal data, such as name, surname, patronymic, institution/organization, position, academic degree, city, country, phone, e-mail address.

 

      The information we have collected and stored with your permission is used to:

  • To answer your questions;
  • Offer new free, paid products;
  • Publish your personal data (only FIO, place of work/studies and post) on the pages of the site in order to identify authorship of the materials;
  • Complete supporting documents;
  • Contact you personally by e-mail or telephone;
  • Send mail to your address.

      These data will never be transmitted to third parties under any conditions, except when explicitly requested by an authorized public authority.

      Third-party disclosure of information
      We do not sell, exchange or transfer personal data of users to third parties or companies, except at the personal request of the user.

      Changes in confidentiality policy
      We reserve the right to change this privacy policy, so periodically return to this page to be aware of what data we collect and how we use it. We reserve the right not to notify you of any changes in the privacy policy if they are of a minor nature.

 

      Consent to the processing of personal data

By signing a subscription or sending a message to the site administration via the support service, you automatically agree with the privacy policy.

By registering and entering the project site, you agree to process your personal data (name, surname, patronymic, institution/organization, post, academic degree, city, country, telephone, e-mail address);

By using the services of imms.kz site you agree that your personal data (surname, first name, patronymic, place of work/studies, post) can be published on the pages of the site in the public access to determine authorship of published materials.

 

Mutual confidentiality

Definition of confidential information

Confidential information means all confidential information disclosed by one party (the disclosing party) to another party (the receiving party), either orally or in writing, which is designated as confidential or which is reasonably to be understood as confidential, taking into account the nature of the information and the circumstances of the disclosure (confidential information). The confidential information of each party shall include the terms of this Agreement and all orders.

Exceptions

Confidential information excludes information that:

 

  • Is or becomes publicly known without breach of any obligation owed to the disclosing party;
  • Known to the host prior to disclosure by the disclosing party without breach of any obligation to the disclosing party;
  • Received from a third party without breach of any obligation to the disclosing party;
  • Or was independently developed by the host country.

 

      Protection of confidential information

      The receiving party should use the same level of protection it uses to protect its confidential information (no less than reasonable protection) and not disclose or use any confidential information of the disclosing party for any purpose (except in the context of this Agreement).

 

      The receiving party shall restrict access to the disclosure party’s confidential information to those of its employees, contractors and agents who require such access for purposes consistent with this Agreement. Also, staff members who have signed confidentiality agreements with the receiving party that contain protections no less restrictive than those provided for in this Agreement.

 

      If the receiving party or any person to whom the receiving party discloses confidential information, in accordance with applicable law, rule or regulation or rules and regulations of the relevant stock exchange, or receives a request for disclosure of all or any part of the confidential information under the terms of a subpoena or other order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction or other public authority, the receiving party shall:

      Promptly notify the revealing party of the existence, conditions and circumstances relating to the claim or request;

      Consult with the disclosure party on the advisability of taking action to discourage or limit such a request; If disclosure of such confidential information is required, only such portion of the confidential information as is required under applicable law, rule or rules or rules and regulations of the stock exchange to be disclosed, as recommended by the host counsel;

      Cooperate fully with the disclosing party in its efforts to obtain (exclusively at the expense of the disclosing party) an order or other reliable guarantee that such part of the confidential information required for disclosure will be accorded confidential treatment.

      IMMS journal disclaims all warranties including unlimited any warranties that the services will be uninterrupted, unmistakable or without delay, and implied warranties of commercial suitability or satisfactory quality (As the case may be) and suitability for a specific purpose.
