2020, namely the COVID-19 pandemic, has dealt a significant "blow" to all sectors of human life, in particular health, economy, education, and, unfortunately, these consequences cannot but have a significant impact on the coming 2021.

The times when the world did not know about the pandemic are remembered with sadness. The pandemic has changed the way of life of the whole world: many workers switched to remote work, some even lost it, classes for schoolchildren and students are held remotely, meetings - through online conferences, the "dress code" of any room is a mask, even farewell relatives who have gone to another world are now impossible.

Then there is an adaptation and return to the initial level. This process is much easier and faster if there are positive events; adaptation but negative changes in the life of any person are more difficult."

Summing up the above, I would like to note that in any case, the use of quarantine measures plays the most important role in preserving the health of the nation and the world as a whole, the impact on the psyche of the measures applied cannot be compared with the threat to life, therefore, each individual must learn to independently adapt to forced conditions ...
